Our Team
Jasmin Chua
Jasmin has been a practicing lawyer for 20+ years at top-tier law firms including Linklaters in London and Allens in Sydney, as well as holding senior positions in global investment banks and non-bank financial institutions. Jasmin is an experienced in-house general counsel, adept at spotting, managing and resolving issues that can arise across the spectrum of business.
Jasmin has also worked in senior-level commercial roles, structuring and executing both client-facing and investor-facing financing and corporate transactions across all industry sectors in Australia, New Zealand, and the Asia Pacific region. She is skilled in governance and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
Jasmin holds undergraduate degrees in Law and Commerce from the Flinders University of South Australia, Arts from the University of Adelaide. She is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia. She holds a number of not-for profit directorships and is admitted to practice law in England and Wales, the Supreme Courts of New South Wales and South Australia, and the High Court of Australia.
She is also a Notary Public, admitted in South Australia and New South Wales.
